A good way of keeping us aware of how we should prepare our work stations, especially whenever working from home, as we can easily get "too comfortable" and forget posture or to keep moving.

Generally very good, I thought the topics covered and the way they were presented was clear and concise, and the additional handouts were beneficial. Suggestions for improvement;I don't think you really got across the impact of getting it wrong, and could stand to make the training a little more emotive. For example; here is Pat Butcher, she had her desk set up wrong and started complaining of neck pain resulting in her being signed off for two months! Now that would grab my attention. In addition, some of the statements were a little unsupported. "It is your employers responsibility to do X" says who? Parliament? The HSE? Noel Edmonds? If I needed to challenge my employer on something I don't think I have the info that I need.
