The way in which this course was delivered was professional and informative. Despite completing these regularly I was still able to gain new information which I will apply in my working capacity.
Some of the slides/information seemed common sense to me but there was also a lot of very detailed useful information (e.g., 20:20:20 exercise and other useful exercise breaks one can do from sitting).
