The training was purposeful, clear and concise. It was easy to navigate through the training and the test at the end redirecting you if you got a question incorrect ensured you topped up the knowledge you possibly missed.

I'll be honest - I actually started watching the videos expecting it to all just to be common sense, however; it was indeed very insightful! I didn't know about the 20, 20, 20 rule. I didn't know that this tired feeling during a working day wasn't just a symptom of 'mumlife' but a possible symptom of staring at the screen non-stop. I'm going to be putting all the stretches, movement etc into practice asap. Especially stopping for a quick break during a time that I am at my most productive - This is something I never ever would have considered - But I'll be trying that too! Thanks 😊

This course was not appropriate to me. My employer does not provide me with any equipment so I cannot make use of the information. My screen is not at the right height. I have not a dedicated chair. I do not have a separate keyboard. This course would be useful for employees who were provided with suitable equipment.

Doing the course made me understand that currently I do not give enough attention to how I sit at my desk, it has made me consider this more going forward.

Sensibly paced and covers all aspects of DSE. Delivery is well presented and easy to understand.

Pretty straight forward and well presented.
