I found the site too wordy before you start the course need to keep it simple ro get started straight away. Not easy for all the boxes to be ticked before you do the test even though I had read all the sections.
As a new starter in the department and working from home this training I found very useful. this gave me great tips which i had been unaware of. I feel this training would benefit being rolled out to wider department. i was never offered this in my previous job despite using a computer all day.

The training was purposeful, clear and concise. It was easy to navigate through the training and the test at the end redirecting you if you got a question incorrect ensured you topped up the knowledge you possibly missed.
