I liked the videos demonstrating each of the points, they reinforced the points being made.

Every aspect of health & safety and RISK assessment covered

Stick to the point and keep it to the topic - going into stress is not needed as that's a different topic - over-long, very boring for what should be a very simple topic; felt like it was being stretched out (28 slides!). I switched off mentally and actually missed quite a bit through staring out of the window as it was so tedious. Some good stuff buried in there, but too much is just common sense couched as something else more 'scientific'. A simple handout would have done for most of it.

a great course for people that sit at a desk most of the day.

Understanding now more information's and more awareness on how thing that surround me at my work place and out work are important to my day to day activities, life safety and my health. from now I am changing my bad habit, correcting my wrong and encourage myself to start to apply the right thing has DSE.

Not getting 100% reviewed the section but it didn't allow the test to be re-taken. Re-take tests would be a good feature.
