Important to know about posture
Good posture is important
Both presenters were very professional and clearly spoken so were easy to listen to and understand. The tone of voice and use of words was appropriate, without jargon and unnecessary emphasis so making the whole course very easy to listen to and understand- the result being that I will apply the learning more readily than certain other training providers I have experienced- thank you.

easy to understand and completee
This covers all the topics but there is little focus on outcomes and almost zero interaction. I felt I was being talked at rather than really involved in fully understanding how it affects me in the way I work. Alot was not relevant either as I am a remote worker and just use a laptop ... also I am over 50... do not need the pregnancy bit this should be optional.
