I found this training really useful and have adjusted some of my work area as a result.
i know a lot about this already so it was a bit tedious.
The course was extremely informative and easy to follow. Being able to see the correct: positioning of equipment, posture and exercises was really beneficial. The questions at the end of the course helped consolidate what had been learnt and the advice given should greatly assist in being more comfortable whilst working.
Made me rethink my seating and screen positions, posture and the need to take regular breaks. Many thanks.

Interesting but as i'm not a fan of computers, the information was good.
just the right amount of information and time to keep you engaged and to take it all in.
The course visuals were great to understand and I felt I understood more about Display Screen Equipment when it was explained in a video.
Easy to follow not to taxing and the right time for a short course.
Does what it says on the tin, but could be a little shorter.
