Perfect for new DSE users but rather patronizing for experienced users
Easy to understand and informative with real person examples of using the advice in workplace
The training content is OK, with the exception of one question which has an answer that is right to some people and needs to contextualised, but it's a drag. No changes, old hat stuff. I think we can do better with our third party training.

Strong instructional videos with simple to follow advice and good demonstration. I would have preferred to be able to change my answers before they were submitted for each question, particularly in the final assessment. Small detail. All in all a fairly comprehensive online training resource.
