This was a useful reminder of how to properly use DSE to ensure no adverse affects of long periods in front of a screen.
I realise it's not Ihasco's fault as they've just been asked to produce this, but it's tedious & patronising.
It was really informative and easy to understand .The people who appeared in the video were very good and spoke very clearly and at a good pace .Each section was not too long which is good otherwise you lose concentration- I passed which showed that I did understand the content -Thank You
