I know it is difficult for this area because the change is more important than the setup really but the way it is structured feels like a series of contradictions - you should set up and sit in this specific fixed position but actually don't sit in an fixed position fidget and vary your position to stop getting problems from prolonged position. Portable equipment can cause problems so don't use it (advice to use as though it were fixed equipment is not so useful as you can't do that when the portability is a factor).
