I found this course very helpful, as there was a lot of stuff i did not actually know in relation to screen height and light etc. exercise and stretching i do personally periodically throughout the day. very good course, for me anyway
iHASCO offers useful training courses in an easy to follow format, at a time that is convenient for me to complete them. This was mainly a refresher on how I carry out my role every day, as I am continually reviewing my posture and DSE, but there were a few useful hints and tips in the course.
Easy to watch and understand, informative and clear.The only thing I would say is there should be a submit button on each question once you have selected an answer as I clicked on one by accident and didn't realise it accepted it straight away.
Very easy to understand, nice and short sessions with real people demonstrations, good course !
