The course was very easy to watch and to complete and covered all points that are necessary. It's not always possible to take the breaks when needed but I find that what we used to call 'squat-a-clock' (couple of stretch exercises) helps and I have on occasion roped the rest of the dept in.

I found the course quite useful in particular around the areas of preventing eyestrain, such as the 20:20:20 rule.

A Good way to display usage, support and monitoring
The course covers almost all the aspects of office working and it is really good for new joiners to see how to make their desk comfortable.

Good training session that was easy to follow & understand. It has made me aware of some new practices I should be implementing whilst working at my DSE such as the 20/20/20.
Confirmed what I already know however, it was good to have a better understanding of this and the impact this has on your health.
