The process was good giving great tips and ensuring the user remains healthy. However the system the training is provided on failed far too many times. Pages froze and did not move forward to the next stage, meaning I had to go back and then watch the previous stage again to move forward. The system logged me out twice with error codes (500) and the quiz at the end restarted three times. When each video section started, it appeared midway down the screen so I had to scroll up to see it. The section on stretching says something like, before stretching consult your doctor - can you imagine every DSU calling their doctor to ask if they can stretch safely!! What should ave been maybe 40 mins in total took in an hour and a half to complete - surely that goes against part of the training.

The DSE training was extremely valuable and informative and has resulted in me making valuable adjustments to my work station. I know this will help my posture and remove the likelihood of soreness and headaches.
dosnt fit everyone because if my IT or something else on my desk breaks, im probably going to sort it myself or at least get the IT team to, my manager doesnt need to know. Also not sure how well people will respond to "take a break when youre being most productive".
Manages to make a fairly dull subject engaging. The visuals are really good (cave painting etc)
This course was easy to access and straight forward to follow. I liked the mixture of videos and Questions to reflect and embed the learning during the course.
Very informative and I learned a few new ideas to help me when I am at my pc for long periods of time.
