I would recommend this course to all DSE users

The course was very good for informing about how to work effectively and safely.

Would be good if general hints to which part of an office chair would be likely to have which function, so there is a chance that you can adjust it yourself while you are following. I know there are a lot of different chairs out there, but it would be helpful, as I was finding it hard to let it go while I was watching the rest that I wasn't happy with the settings on the chair. Other than that it was very good.

I did not know many of the things taught in the course, and it helped me to adjust my remote workspace at home, become more aware of my posture and eye strain, and recognize the need to stay relaxed and take short breaks *before* I get tired or stressed.

The training highlighted all the postures that I normally take for grunted when I am in good health. Quite helpful training.

Very good course, easy interaction, very informative and clear.

It was exceptionally difficult to hear what was being said in the course(s !!) due to the high level of background noise in the work shop. thereby forcing me to adopt bad working postures by having to lean forward towards the speaker. Would it not be a good idea to issue everyone with their own personal headphones ??
