The training was very . Helpfull in what to look for
Very detailed course which covered the content with clear and easy to understand language. The use of demonstrations was really good too

Overall the course was simply done for everyone to understand and get a clear perspective of not only how but why you need to be made aware of how you sit or stand at your desk - I particularly like the 20-20-20 rule as I sometimes send too much time studying the screen The course covered a lot of topics that I wasn't aware of in regards to Text Neck and taking regular checks to stop and think of how you are sitting - it is all to easy to slip back in to a slump- I also enjoyed learning about the simple stretch exercises
After completing the course I have taken aboard some new working practices that I feel will benefit my wellbeing in particular relating to my posture while seated at my desk and breaks.
Easy to follow and short videos helped to digest the info
