I think we should be given the opportunity to go straight to the test if we have done this course before and it is now a Refresher course every year. The video and information is still the same from last year which I had notes on and therefore could use them at the same time as re watching the video. This would save time which could be used on another course to complete. If you don't achieve a certain percentage the first time then you could be asked to rematch the whole thing to help you remember

Course was informative and well presented - I did misread a couple of the questions and therefore gave wrong answers - affecting my result. This was me being too hasty rather than the wording of the questions
Engaging and easy to follow. Very informative, would certainly recommend to anyone.
