I thought the content of the course was very good due to the highlighting of equipment that is available to the user to maintain a positive posture. Here at Almondbank it would appear that the equipment that we currently have for use is some what a little stone age (desks, monitors, seating etc) and could do with replacement. On a more positive note the training course did highlight the need to clean equipment before use and especially when we still have COVID present in our daily lives.

This course shed some light on the best way to keep comfortable while i work, i now know that posture is important to keeping a well aligned spine. As someone who slouches a lot during working this course shown me different ways to take better care of myself while i work, This course also shown me better and more efficient ways of handling myself in the office which will now thankfully benefit me in the future.
