Good content, easy to navigate. varied

Useful and varied content, can be applied to everyday life. Like that sections can be re-played and if you need to exit the course, you can resume where you left off. Good to have overview of the course before starting and the additional content is useful. Would be nice to have some revision before the test, as it may be a few days since looking at some of the early sections.

I found the exercise very useful .

maybe we could use the exercises , has part of our daily routine. For Example we could get together to do these exercise has a team on a daily bases when we are in the office. Which would only take a few minutes out of working day.

It would be a good idea, if we introduce exercise has a daily thing in the office. for example get together has one to do these exercise has daily part of our routine.

not relevant

I don't spend much time at a computer, this is not relevant for my role, indeed doing these training modules will significantly up my time working on a screen.

New knowledge is acquired

Although, I have used different screen equipment in the past two decades as a students, a researcher and a lecture, I have not observed most of the recommendations provided in this training. For example, I operated with the assumption that breaks and taking different exercises during that time would be a distraction. This training has provided me greater knowledge on setting up my work station appropriately to reduce eyestrain, muscle strain and headache. This has been very useful.

Informative, good use of visuals

Waived a bit off course with ways manager could vary workload to ease stress - not sure that is a display screen equipment issue
