This training is very helpful for me and thank you for giving me time in this training.

This course was easy to follow with some good advice on workstation breaks and screen breaks.

Easy to follow and understand

I found the videos annoying but personally I prefer to read as I find I absorb the information more. A lot of the information given was common sense to me as have worked with computers for a long time.

Generally it very informative and covers all important areas. As a suggestion, it is often very useful to ask a colleague to help when it comes to getting your posture right, as quite often you're not able to assess yourself. Having an extra pair of eyes look at your posture can be very helpful.

This was a great DSE course. it gave me ideas that I had never thought of. I especially like the 20-20-20.

Liked that this course was spoke and demonstrated like in a face to face training session rather than having to read evertying. Makes it easier to understand and remember.
