The training covers all of the points needed to maintain health posture and eyesight when working with DSE
I learned a couple of things I was unaware of and would like to be able to download the stretch slides

This DSE course was well presented, clear, easy to understand and interesting. I liked the scenarios and the extra pieces of knowledge provided in separate sections. A good introduction to DSE.
I like the fact that the course is easy to follow and that I can come back to it at any time. It has reminder me to be aware of my posture as I work a lot at my desk. I followed the stretching exercises during the course and was amazed how stiff my muscles and joints were. Will definitely make the effort to take more regular breaks. Thank you
