I really enjoyed this course as it was so very professional, clear and comprehensive enabling me to set up my workstation correctly and understand what I need to do to ensure correct posture, Eye care, & cleanliness whilst at work. It covered information that I was aware of but more detailed so I could be confident to set everything up correctly without having to check anything again.
