Despite being a useful reminder, this was drawn out and patronising, particularly for those who have done similar before and gained extensive experience with a wide range of DSE equipment. The availability of a transcript was useful. Not sure why it is wrong to try to fix IT equipment before pestering my manager. For example, it's pretty easy for me to replace a mouse, rather than pestering a Director.

It's good to know what we should be doing but as someone who has spent the pandemic sitting on a sagging sofa with my laptop perched on my knees because of a lack of somewhere suitable to work from home, it did cause me a few bitter laughs.
When I first accessed this course, I obviously did not complete all I should have done as I went to leave and it asked me to answer another section.
The course was really easy follow and engaging.

thanks
Got some valuable guidelines on how to best try and avoid physical, visual and MSD's related issues.
This is the best and possibly most comprehensive and relevant DSE course which I have completed.
