Great learning I did enjoy
Excellent training session covers topics fully and gives you a good understanding and what you should look out for when in an office sitting at a desk with workstation and laptop.
Delivery is paced so slowly, without humour or attempt to be engaging. Dull as ditch water.
Very comprehensive coverage, clear visuals and clear , concise language. Sensible approach.
Despite being a useful reminder, this was drawn out and patronising, particularly for those who have done similar before and gained extensive experience with a wide range of DSE equipment. The availability of a transcript was useful. Not sure why it is wrong to try to fix IT equipment before pestering my manager. For example, it's pretty easy for me to replace a mouse, rather than pestering a Director.
