The worst kind of course where basic sense is explained as if it is a revolutionary idea
Informative course
I found it intuitive with great presentation. I like that it demonstrates the correct behaviours, giving candidates the opportunity to mimic and learn them. I also found it quite motivational. The especially like that it follows with an individual DSE assessment and allows comment and follow up actions.
Having done this training a year ago, I remembered much of it resulting in much of it being a little long winded. Perhaps a shortened version for those who have recently (last three years possibly), taken and passed the training?

I thought it was a good overview of what you need to remember to do and I also liked the added stretches throughout the course
Clear, accurate, helpful and informative course. Serves as a good annual reminder of practice and an assessment of anything that has changed in the past year.
