The course was easy to follow, each section was informative which enabled me to answer the questions when asked.
Good course, very informative, succinct and direct information hence easy to digest. Good learning course.
Some of the items covered are a bit basic, but a great reminder non the less. A very useful course.

This is a good way of getting the message across. Thorough but not too patronising. I have done many DSE Training before but they were not video based and rather dry, this was engaging which helps to retain the information.
Initially I expected the [Next] button to auto-start next video. On a couple of occasions I waited for auto-start before clicking play. On reflection, the control afforded by two actions (Next and Play) I believe is correct. It may be related to research and/or psychology, but finding a "Both Answers Apply (or similar)" answer before reviewing 'both' answers guided me to the right answer. On one occasion I clicked a radio button that applied, expecting to click multiple answers (despite knowing radio buttons are binary compared to checkboxes).

The course contained much more to think about than previous DSE courses and the style and presentation are really user friendly.
