Course long-winded and tiresome but probably ok if relevant to your role, but a pointless waste of time for me as I do not have a work station and only ever use computer equipment for very brief periods.

a good course
I feel if working from home (which a lot are now doing) the DSE could be aimed more specifically. Most people i know are working from home on a laptop. This was touched on but not in great detail.
It was clear and easy to understand and the visuals were helpful.
I found this really useful, especially the way it was presented with short videos. With regards to the assessment, it would have been useful to have a greater character limit when providing comments and also an opportunity to download the responses.
