This training was very apt for my position at the college where I work. It is easy to follow and in my view would be appropriate to be given to school children. They spend more and more time on tablets and other mobile devices and to teach them young would be beneficial in the long term.
The training was appropriate, clear to understand and very relevant to my position as a receptionist at the College where I work. It is training that should also be aimed at even the younger amongst us in society, e.g. school children as they now are also spending a great deal of time in primary and secondary schools using mobile items. It is very good practice to follow this training from an early age.

Good advice on stretching techniques and importance of regular breaks.
