it was great and easy to follow. Made the changes as I went along so by the end of the session I was all set up correctly and ready to start working. Loved the exercises, wow what a difference they make. They really do ease the tension in the shoulders. Thanks
the video has now made me aware how i need to be sitting regarding my work desk and to be giving my eyes a rest every so often and not forgetting to stretch durning the day .
