Quite chatty found it a bit difficult to follow, and doing those type of exercises it the office might be deemed as inappropriate during the day.a bit to much to follow all in one go.

The course was very good, easy to follow and understand and helps you to remember about the posture you should have when working and how to make sure you have enough relevant breaks that will help you and prevent aches, pains and injuries.

This was a very complete course and covered everything to do with using display screen equipment. It covered all about the use of the equipment but I also liked that it included the need for breaks, stretching, checking posture and even looking away from the screen every now and then.

Everything is this area is explained clearly and precisely, nothing is overlooked.
