I found this course simple and concise it covered the basics of what we should be doing in a friendly way with engaging videos well done!

The course was well presented and easy to understand focusing on all areas in relation to the topic including cleanliness, mental health and physical comfort within the role.

Comprehensive instructions and advice. Timely and clear visual aids which illustrate the text and comments. The display screen and work station review could be better formed to allow for those who work in more than one location and there may be differences in the suitability of equipment and working locations which a Yes/No response does not reflect.

The course was easy to complete, it made me think about my surroundings how I sit and where my DSE is. I have already made some changes to how I sit whilst working at home making some amendments to how I work. Taking account of the 20-20-20 analogy and doing regular stretches and taking comfort breaks.

Well presented with some very good information relating to potential long term health issues caused through bad posture. The presenters were clear and concise with the delivery of the course.

Good refresher on habits to adopt - recommend this course be completed first so can benefit from advice re posture etc.

Information provided was clear and precise and brought up things I had not realised before.
