Also the DSE Assessment 5.2 is contradictory to the course content, which states your main screen should be directly in front of you with secondary screens to the side.

The training gave me insight to recognize how I can make my home environment safer for me and could increase my productivity.
The course was good to remind you of how your workstation should be set up and what you need to do to keep posture good and reduce stress and strains but it was slightly long winded and could have been condensed into 20 minute course
20/20/20 Rule - great habit to create to help your eyes focus on something else, Regular breathing and moving to stretch your muscles and body, so that you are not in one position for too long. Important to think about the above daily, when constantly working and viewing screens,

learnt a few things, but its quite a long course for the points covered. I must read the questions more carefully.
