I liked the freedom to move away from the screen and take active breaks - great examples of stretching and alternative exercises including 20:20:20

Very relevant to my job
The course covered all aspects, including what you should do and why, giving reasons why, in a clear and detailed manner. It was not too long and the teat was clear and also didn't take too long to complete.
Great course, useful reminders, short, sharp and precise. Good test, Clearly BearingPoint needs a table tennis table! Thanks for arranging this Esther.
A couple of points with this. Our way of working has changed over the past few years with people working from home - there is now lots of back to back meetings, teams are made up from different sites around the world so again this generates a lot of online calls. Being able to get up every 20 mins is difficult - so yes, at desk exercises are important. People working from home have had 2 years of making do - quality of their working environment at home maybe very poor. (initially we were not allowed to take screens/chairs home!)With team members having external managers - we need to define how issues are raised in the office/home working, process for ordering equipment and HSE items that are missing from the recent office move, stands/laptop mounts. Training for the provided desks and chairs. IT related equipment requests are not being processed.
