It’s good to keep on top of your training as you do forget little things this keeps your awareness and things you may have forgotten
This DSE Course is well presented and the information is simple to understand. It provides a good understanding of the correct usage of DSE and workstations.
Found the course to be ok, not over long, not repetitive and informative. Used my phone to complete the course and did find navigation a little 'clunky' with too much back and forth between elements. Did point out a few issues that could be improved within the working environment.
Will make me think about my posture and breaks while working to be more affective all through the day 😊

Pleased I have completed the course and learnt more about how important it is to think about our posture way we sit heights of tables, and equipment. the importance of reporting to your manager if equipment is not satisfactory or broken. Also eye sights checks as well.

100% achievement is ridiculous I have done many different training in the past and this is by far the worst
