I would strongly advise this couse to anyone
Normally not a fan of online courses but I found this really useful and thought provoking - it was easy to follow and made me think about my posture and how I use screens. Presenters very good and pitched just right. My only disappointment was only getting 19/20.
Really clear course, they make the guidance memorable, such as the 20-20-20 rule. A good reminder on how to look after yourself at work.

As with all of these nanny state box ticking procedures i found it to be an utter waste of time and as i suspected common sense was all that was needed in answering the questions.
I found the questions to be detailed an accurate for the subject title. The questions were straight forward and easy to understand but also including enough detail to answer the questions accurately.
