I liked the part were obligations for employers were mentioned for the eye test and prescription glasses.
I thought the courses may be a bit tedious, but quite the opposite. Informative, easy to understand and well thought out.

Found this style of training more efficient and effective. By using professional trainers and actual DSE it was easier to understand and follow.
Definitely makes you more aware of taking care of yourself whilst in the workplace. Will be putting into practice regularly checks on my posture, positioning of equipment and simple exercises now and then.

Very well structured and engaging training session.
I liked the idea of questions through out the course as well as the end. good use of graphics etc. Question - in future, if I was unsure about something that had come up in the course i.e. Eye tests etc where would i be able to find this information as there is no written notes to refer to.
