A good and informative training course. It was a little repetitive but in a way that helped cement the points being made.
The short videos and written summary of the main points were key activities to help me remember the content of the course. Being able to go back over the main points when getting the questions wrong in the test was also helpful or skipping and re-doing the test.

Very helpful advice
The course was very informative on the correct seating & standing position whilst working. I was not previously aware of the correct screen position or the importance of a clean work space. The guide was very easy to follow and clear to read and see. It was better than any similar training from different providers.
