Its hard to get the correct equipment (cost) in my working area so most of the time having to adjust work area and old and tatty chairs that we can't adjust to our personal shape and size.

could be shorter, seems too repetitive and long winded repeats several times
This is a good course to remind you to ensure your equipment is correctly set up, you take breaks and ensure you are working in the correct position. Today I have been leaning over my laptop, have not taken a break and not stretched or corrected my posture so I am now about to do all of these.
