Really well-presented course with logically arranged mini-videos dealing with the key aspects of DSE use. Clear instructions, with different presenters conveying different themes, this was actually really enjoyable to complete! Throughout the course there are opportunities to obtain additional in-depth information if required. The integration of the award of the certificate of completion was a nice touch. Completing the actual DSE assessment was straightforward. The fact that the form was 'interactive', sending back responses to the organisation's H and S personnel was both innovative and reassuring that issues were being addressed.
