I have learned different topics regarding safe display screen equipment at work.
a good reminder, how to maximise physical well being, mental alertness and visual health, when in a workplace.
Using a laptop at home has resulted in significant back pain. The exercises were useful and I realise I need a separate keyboard and mouse which I will request.
I found this course very useful and practical, a bit friendlier than the courses, from Danaher, we have to do. Perhaps it is too repetitive in places and it would be good if course duration was rather a typical time needed by participants, so it is easier to manage time.
