Good on stretches and posture and screen set up.
it made me think a lot about my posture in particular & has reminded me to correct my posture as well as going for a walk to stretch my legs
I would recommend this for anyone seating long term on an office desk
I like iHASCO training as they are easy to use and the questions as you go along help you to understand some things which you might miss.

was interesting and start's off in the correct way of managing excess computer usage.
The videos were clear and engaging, the pace was good. I absorbed and understood all the information easily.
The course was informative and covered all the areas that you would expect such as posture, lighting and workstation maintenance. It was relevant to post-pandemic working and touched on remote and hybrid working, as well as our increased reliance on smart phones. The duration of each section was just right and the videos were better and less dated than many I have seen in the past.
