As a new employee at Fintru I found this training very informative and useful. I will definitely use the techniques and exercises going forward. Its great to see the company invest in its employees to ensure their physical and mental wellbeing in the work place.

Overall these videos are very well made and easy to retain the knowledge learned. However, they do tend to repeat themselves once you click on different training sessions, for example, in this one I was once again repeated the same video regarding posture when I had already seen the same information in a health and safety training course.Perhaps there is some way to make sure that certain clips aren't repeated too often so that the total training courses are more concise and could be completed slightly sooner. Maybe by allowing repeated videos to be skipped or sped up...
