The provided practical tips are made easy to remember and seem highly beneficial. The training is lengthy! Test questions may need some improvement as they are currently based on recall and easy to answer by excluding wrong ones. Perhaps adding pictorial or video-based questions may align better with the course approach and format
Some great tips to remember for preventing strain and tiredness.
The course is too repetitive: 28 sections is far more than required and there was lots of very basic information that really could have been covered more quickly.
