I disagree that the first thing to do if a piece of DSE equipment is not right is to tell you manager. Why not have a go at fixing it yourself? What about if you manager is not in the same office or time zone?

This was concise and the visual aids were great. Could actually feel myself checking posture etc during the training.
Sometimes we forget the information contained within this course and this can lead to health difficulties. We need to remember about our posture to avoid back pain and muscle aches and remember to take breaks from computers, laptops and phones in order to avoid eye strain. Some information within the course we don't probably even think about unless we take the trouble to rethink and remind ourselves.

Very informative Training and well presented with plenty of slides to help with the training.
The course was informative and covered all relevant areas in easy to digest bite size sections.
