A lot was common sense but I really liked the 'take regular short breaks' bit. Move around a lot, makes sense.
It seems overkill to raise DSE issues to management, leadership are very busy and staff should be empowered to resolve these issues themselves - via making an equipment request or something It became a bit annoying having to click 'next page' to watch clips as short as a few seconds. However it was informative and I have adjusted my setup slightly.

I am sure the course is a good source of knowledge for someone who sits at a desk all day. I am a mobile engineer and did not really see the point of this course for myself.
Once again as previously having more than one tutor helps to keep your attention.

Relevant to all DSE workers, easy to understand and practice
Very informative and reminds everyone what should and should not do or steps needed to correct.
Again the course was very well presented and clearly explained all the main points. It was useful to learn the right way of using your Display Screen Equipment and not get into bad habits again!
