I found the course to be too long with too much repetition. The subject matter was basic and covered things already known. Whilst good practice is known, in reality we are unable to have the breaks mentioned due to being too busy.

Hi, good amount of content and the training videos were really professionally done. I feel i got all of the relevant info required from the training course
Following the WFH shift, it was interesting to hear how I can help my posture & work station at home.
Content was appropriate, well thought through and well presented but it was long and repetitive
As I have mentioned above, I found the module to be a good initial reference point. However, as I also have an existing back injury it gave me invaluable practical information to adapt my posture in a work environment to reduce the impact of working at a workstation and increasing or adding to my condition.
