I found this a very informative and useful course. The information on how to set up my work station properly was completely new to me. I've realised that I need some new equipment to maintain my health and safety. The stretching exercises were also a new idea to me which I am going to do regularly. Thank you for providing such helpful and practicable training.

I really like the use of graphic mix (people and digital imagery), good pace, easy to understand, didn't sound condescending and I picked up a couple of handy tips along the way that other DSE from previous companies didn't include!
