The course covers the important point but it's not too long or boring, just right.
This course was very well structured, with bite size segments that were engaging and packed full of useful tips and information. The regular switching between the two presenters meant that the viewer was not faced with just a single level of voice for any length of time, and the clever use of graphics, such as the 15 degrees down reading, throughout the course presentation meant previously introduced ideas were regularly reinforced without the feeling of having anything regularly repeated verbally.

A nice quick and easy course to follow but still filled with plenty of information.
This is all common sense really, but the reality is that most offices do not maintain sensible temperatures, appropriate lighting and they pay lip service to this kind of thing. After 30+ years in office life I can confirm that 'cost saving' is always the primary focus as this impacts the bottom line.
