Would be useful to have some guidance for people who don't know much about stretching lower limbs as well - sitting causes problems in this area. The repetition is a valuable approach to getting the point home as it the questioning along the way
Several chapters were really trivial
nicely laid out doesn't include a overload of information and questions were simple but challenging
The course was very concise and each section was short and to the point. It was easily understood and covered a considerable volume of information in a relatively short time. Well put together!
Addresses the key points about posture and equipment. Suggested exercises are useful.
I have used similar training but this was much more detailed as there were things I weren't aware of before, e.g. using key "H" as a guide for aligning dual screens. The presentation was broken down into segments so you could take a break and it wasn't irritating!
