Would be a good idea if you could skip the pregnancy section as could be upsetting or not relevant to some people. Apart from that the course was good.
Wonderful training! Good to learn of somethings that we do wrong while at our work desk while using our gadgets. The idea of taking breaks was my biggest pick for of late I find myself stuck on my desk alot which can be harmful to my body.
