Very good e-learning course. The only point I would make is that it is quite lengthy and in our branch environment it is difficult to work through in one go. I appreciate that we can come back to it, however if we could cover certain aspects and take mini tests at the end of each section it would probably be better. Overall very good video and concise approach.

The e-learning was straight forward to follow and complete with a good mix of vocal styles presenters and in-module tests to cement and bed-in the learning
